Made-to-Order Products Some of our products are made-to-order, and as such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are faulty or defective.
Homeware Products Our homeware products, which are not made to order, are eligible for returns and exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Faulty or Defective Products If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement for the defective item. Please provide photos or a detailed description of the issue when contacting us.
